OUR MINISTRIES
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
thessalonians 5:11
There are many ways to get connected and involved at St. Luke's. We invite you to come and find your place!
children
We believe that all children are a gift from God! We offer several opportunities for children to learn and grow in faith. We are currently offering:
SUNDAY SCHOOL for Pre-K through High School
Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
Email us at stlukesdenton@gmail.com for more information.
Additional offerings include a Children's Chapel, a Cherubs Choir, and a staffed nursery all year.
youth
1 Timothy 4:12 states, "Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity." This is what our youth ministry is all about, encouraging and training this generation of disciples. Our young people ARE the "church today" and we are excited to share in ministry WITH them. We offer Sunday School for Middle and High school on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am, and they also gather on Sunday evenings about once a month for special events that include games, food, and a message that is relevant for teens today.
For more information, contact St. Luke's Director of Youth Ministry Garrett Shull at shullone@gmail.com

Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! ..." (Psalm 150:1-6)

outreach
Join us in being the hands and feet of Christ. We offer many ministries that reach out to those in need of physical and spiritual care. We have a Blessing Box in the parking lot with food, and have a "Share Shop" twice a year (free yard sale filled with donations of gently used clothing and household good). We participate in Operation Christmas Child, support six local Christian care ministries with the monthly offerings to our REACH fund, and network with His Hope Ministries, Caroline Homelessness Board, and other Caroline County Churches to assist those who are facing homelessness or food insecurity. We want those in need to know we care!
